About the Role Route Driver – Part‑time (potential full‑time) position based in Toronto, ON. Responsibilities Handle daily deliveries from the pickup depot to clients across Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area. Collect and deliver items across various facilities. Coordinate with Shipping/Receiving, Administrative staff, and the Logistics Supervisor to ensure accurate handling of paperwork, customer orders, and shipment details. Load and unload vans with product weighing up to 25 kg. Maintain cleanliness of the delivery vehicle. Navigate routes using Route4Me on a cellular device. Adhere to time‑ and temperature‑sensitive product handling procedures. Return home each night (routes designed for day‑time travel). Qualifications At least 3 years of driving experience relevant to the role. Clean Driver’s Abstract and criminal background check. Reference letters from current and previous employers evidencing a total of 3 years of driving experience (references may be from multiple positions). Strong communication skills and attention to detail. Positive attitude and good verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to drive in urban areas and handle van loading/unloading. G class driver’s licence. Experience handling time‑and temperature‑sensitive products. Schedule Initially part‑time 3–5 hours per day, Tuesday–Friday, between 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. Hours may change with growth and could become a full‑time position. Benefits 25 % employee discount.
