As a Route Sales Representative for the **GTA **loading out of our warehouse Location (TBD), you will be responsible for achieving your sales targets by developing and maintaining your customer base through aggressive outside sales and account management. This includes identifying and securing new accounts with maximum exposure of our product by providing refrigerated options, as well as identifying and cold calling potential new accounts. You will be supported by several incremental selling approaches to accelerate your ability to win
You will also be involved in a number of hands-on activities, including loading product on to the route sales van, managing your inventory, bringing product into your accounts, merchandising displays, and executing the merchandising standards of our Client. Team members must feel comfortable lifting upwards of 50 pounds.
We expect our Route Sales Representatives to have a strong work ethic and results driven attitude. We expect a strong professional image and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and customers.
**This is a contract position to start, during the Pilot phase with and opportunity to grow into a FT role where we will offer a competitive salary, benefits, and bonus packages**:
**Full-time hours (Monday to Friday, 6:00am-7:30am start times, times may vary)**
**Skills and Qualifications**
- High school diploma or GED
- 2-3+ years experience in a selling role
- Drivers must have a valid G drivers license, and an excellent driving record.
- Outgoing and confident
- Able to carry on a detailed selling conversation and approach
- Proficient knowledge of GTA and routing capabilities
- Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities
- Ability to work with all levels of company
