**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee all financial operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and general accounting functions.
- Assist implementation and oversight of a new ERP system
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports for management review.
- Develop and manage the annual budget process, including forecasting and variance analysis.
- Conduct account analysis to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Collaborate with external auditors during annual audits and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Utilize the new ERP platform to streamline financial processes.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA designation preferred.
- Proven experience as a Controller or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including budgeting and account analysis, especially as it relates to manufacturing and project business.
- Proficiency in accounting software (Sage and other ERP's) is essential, as well as experience implementing the finance portion of ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills to convey complex financial information clearly.

Pay: $83,269.14-$141,516.91 per year

- Manufacturing: 3 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Chartered Professional Accountant (preferred)
- Certified Management Accountant (preferred)
