We are seeking a highly ambitious Controller for Manufacturing Finance. This position is responsible for the management, guidance, coordination, administration, and control of the financial analysis, budget accounting, cost communication and reporting activities of the Plant's controller functional staff. **What You Will Do (The position is responsible for)**: Overall financial cost structure Security and control of plant assets Financial statement and balance sheet integrity and accuracy Capital planning, SOX, internal controls Is the plant "compass" as the Cost Deployment Pillar Lead under the Stellantis Production Way Manufacturing operating model Development and training of the Finance team, ensuring the Finance Team will have a comprehensive understanding of technical and leadership skills **What You Will Learn**: How to lead and guide the financial performance of a manufacturing facility Development of future finance leaders Cross-functional understanding of the business enterprise The overall financial cycle of manufacturing operation (i.e. perimeter cost) Stellantis Production Way Manufacturing tools and methods Material Logistics Management, SOX, and Internal Controls exposure **What This Role Will Prepare You For**: Addressing challenges and resolving key strategic issues in a dynamic business environment Interaction with Senior Leadership from all FCA disciplines, including Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and others Senior Finance Leadership roles in Manufacturing Finance and other areas of the Stellantis Finance organization FCA Canada Inc. is committed to providing accommodation for people with accessibility needs due to disabilities in all aspects of the hiring process.
