We are seeking a Sales Consultant to join our dynamic mobile team at Lakeridge Auto Gallery. The **Mobile Sales Consultant, as part of the Lakeridge Mobile Team (LMT)**is responsible for vehicle sales through a mobile, customer-focused approach. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving sales of our luxury vehicles across all our dealerships. Your contributions will directly support the organization's mission of client satisfaction and business growth.

**Responsibilities**
- Engage with customers through mobile interactions, digital channels, and/or referrals to understand their needs and provide tailored vehicle recommendations.
- Arrange vehicle demonstrations to customers, highlighting features and benefits to facilitate sales.
- Negotiate pricing and financing options to effectively close sales.
- Maintain current knowledge of inventory and market trends to inform clients accurately.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with staff across dealerships to fulfill orders efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the buying process to ensure satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs as defined by management.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in automotive sales or a similar customer-facing role.
- Comfort with technology (tablets, dealer management systems, mobile tools)
- Valid OMVIC Licence
- Valid G Driver's licence with a clean driving record
- Multilingual skills, particularly in Mandarin or Cantonese, are required
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on relationship building.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks effectively.
- Experience with mobile or remote sales environments is an asset

Pay: $54,134.36-$147,483.05 per year
