**Role Overview**:
**Those without admin experience in the daycare industry and without a level 2+ will not be evaluated**
We are seeking an experienced and organized **OSC Admin / On-Floor Assistant** who is familiar with daycare operations and the administrative requirements involved. This role combines administrative duties with on-floor oversight, supporting the Executive Director and ensuring all programs remain compliant with licensing regulations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage **administrative tasks** including:
- Ensuring licensing and regulatory paperwork is complete and up to date
- Filing and record keeping
- Invoicing and recording payments; subsidy claim submissions
- Assist the Executive Director with **admin support across all programs**:
- Travel between Calgary and Strathmore programs as needed to:
- Ensure licensing compliance
- Support on-floor program supervision and in ratio when needed
- Familiarity and use of the **Timesaver program** is a strong asset
- Perform other duties as required to support smooth program operations
**Qualifications & Requirements**:
- **Level 2 Early Childhood Education Certification (minimum)**:
- Proven experience in **childcare operations and administrative tasks**:
- Ability to **drive between locations**:
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Flexibility to travel and adapt to the needs of multiple programs
- Knowledge of **Timesaver program** is a major asset
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
