We are seeking a passionate, responsible, and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a **Full-Time Educator & Out of School Bus Driver**. If you love working with children and enjoy creating a positive impact in your community, we’d love to hear from you

**Major Responsibilities**:

- Provide a **safe, caring, and enriching environment** for the children in our care.
- Communicate effectively with parents to ensure a positive experience.
- Supervise children's interactions, promoting safety, respect, and inclusion.
- Establish and follow safe **transportation routes and procedures** in collaboration with the Centre Director and Program Operator.
- Maintain adherence to scheduled transportation times and classroom routines.
- Demonstrate working knowledge of the **Alberta Traffic Safety Act**, **Early Learning and Child Care Regulation**, and municipal traffic legislation.
- Perform **daily vehicle inspections** and report maintenance needs.
- Ensure adequate fuel levels for all trips.
- Maintain cleanliness of the vehicle after each use.
- Follow all vehicle safety protocols to ensure children’s well-being at all times.
- Meet and maintain **all Alberta licensing requirements and qualifications**.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Safely transport children to/from nearby schools and field trips.
- Set a professional example for children, parents, and team members by representing the company’s **vision, mission, and core values**.
- Ensure full compliance with all **provincial, federal, and company policies and procedures**.

**Qualifications**:

- **Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certification - Level 1 or 2**:

- **Class 4 Driver’s License** with a clear driver’s abstract
- **Current First Aid Certificate** (or willingness to update)
- **Police Clearance with Vulnerable Sector Search**
