**What can you expect from this role?**

As the
**Financial Systems Manager**, you will be responsible for ensuring that the many systems that make up our financial reporting platform are delivering accurate, timely and insightful financial reports. create business solutions as well as manage implementations across our systems. You will also play a key role in anticipating, planning and managing ensuring scalability of our financial systems as we grow.

Reporting to the
**VP, Financial Operations**, and working with a great team, as soon as you have understood the needs of the business from an ERP implementation standpoint, you will be tasked to manage that system and properly plan and implement rollout of mission critical modules and new systems to create a more effective, integrated system. You will also become the main point of contact for support and escalation in response to issues related to our financial systems.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design solutions in NetSuite as required in all areas of ERP system
- Roll out and manage implementation of different modules in NetSuite;
- Troubleshoot and improve inefficiencies in business processes within NetSuite to be in line with Sheertex Business Model;
- Develop features within NetSuite to optimize data and report generation as required by the Leadership team
- Analyze business procedures and determine the appropriate modifications to be applied to the software platform to improve effectiveness and manage implementation of same modifications;
- Assist in the development of specifications, configure the system, oversee and deploy environment modifications;
- Define, implement and manage User Access Management policies, user role management and Segregation of duties protocols

**Requirements**:

- NetSuite certification (NetSuite Foundation / administrator, ARM enabled, ERP consultant, analysis user)
- Diploma in Computer Science, GIS or equivalent;
- Experience configuring and customizing NetSuite;
- Experience with integration of NetSuite and online E-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Amazon. An excellent understanding of standard business processes within in a High Tech Manufacturing Company
- Experience with Accounts Payable and Purchase Order platforms integrations with Netsuite Such as Stampli, Expensify, Procurify etc
- Strong understanding of billing, payments, A/R, general ledger, revenue recognition, planning, audit, and reporting;
- Proven track record in developing and managing effective system integration solutions;
- Ability to extract data from financial systems and translate into business intelligence

**Desired**:

- Experience with startups or growing companies where the needs grow as fast as the company and deadlines are never long-enough;
- An understanding of business processes within in a High Tech Manufacturing Company
