As the captive finance company of the Audi, Ducati and Volkswagen brands in Canada, VW Credit Canada, Inc., also known as Audi Finance and Volkswagen Finance, is a wholly owned subsidiary of VW Credit, Inc.
- The Financial Maintenance Department, with representatives in the Montreal office, supports the company with the payment processing from our customers and dealers, void cheque, closing accounts and accounts payable.

**Role Summary**
- The primary purpose of this role is to validate and process daily transactions to customer’s accounts. The individual will support other departments within our organization responding to questions related to accounts receivable transactions.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensures timely and accurate processing and posting of payments in the system of record.
- Reconciles payout balances, follows up on discrepancies, and closes customer accounts
- Follow-up on accounts with overpayments and prepare cheque requests for customer refunds

**Required Qualifications**

**Formal education**
- College Diploma (DEC)
- **Preferred**: University Degree

**Experience**
- Minimum 1 year of work experience with accounts administration related functions

**Preferred**:

- Experience in the automotive sector
- Experience in Accounts Receivable

**Competencies**
- Ability to communicate both verbally and written (French & English)
- **Preferred**: Knowledge of basic accounting principles
