Purchasing Administrator

The **Purchasing Administrator** is responsible for providing clerical and administrative support to Operations, Technical Account Managers, and other Testforce employees, as required.
**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Review customer orders sent by CSR in CRM system.
- Follow up on orders with suppliers so that orders are delivered on time.
- Resolve problems with missing items, merchandise not received, damaged merchandise, etc.
- Update the delivery dates in the system.
- Make the request to the supplier to return any material not required and prepare the necessary documents.
- Make changes to purchase orders.
- Issue invoice and packing slip to customer so the shipping department can ship order.
- Respond to the needs of internal and external people if necessary.
**Education, Experience and Knowledge**:
- 1 to 3 years of administration experience
- Knowledge of how to properly use Microsoft Outlook is a must.
- Superior communication skills and professional attitude
- Good aptitude to work in a stressful environment
- Bilingual (English and French spoken as much as written)

**Description de l’emploi**
L’**administrateur des achats **est responsable de fournir un support administratif aux Directeurs des Opérations, aux Directeurs des Ventes et autres employés de Testforce.
**Principales tâches et responsabilités**:
- Réviser les commandes de client envoyer et entrées par CSR.
- Placer des commandes dans le système et les envoyer par courriel.
- Effectuer le suivi des commandes avec les fournisseurs afin que les commandes soient livrées dans les délais requis.
- Effectuer la mise à jour des dates de livraison dans le système.
- Résoudre des problèmes d'items manquants, de marchandises non reçues, de marchandises endommagées, etc.
- Effectuer la demande auprès du fournisseur pour retourner du matériel non requis et préparer les documents nécessaires.
- Effectuer des modifications sur les bons de commandes.
- Répondre au besoin des gens internes et externes si nécessaire.
- Facturer le client pour permettre au département d’expédition d’envoyer la commande.
- Effectuer toutes autre tâche cléricale incluant le classement et autre tâches connexes aux achats.
**Éducation, expérience et connaissances**:
- 1 à 3 ans d'expérience en administration
- Connaissances de l’utilisation de Microsoft Outlook est nécessaire
- Compétences supérieures en communication et attitude professionnelle
- Bonne capacité de travailler sous pression
- Bilingue (Anglais et français parlés autant qu'à l'écrit)
