**Please note that this is a hybrid job. In office work is required occassionally throught the week.**
**Tasks**
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Carry out administrative activities.
- Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as equipment, supplies, forms.
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports.
- Oversee and manage office administrative procedures.
- Payroll - issue and input pay cheques
