**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist Project Managers with day-to-day coordination of active construction projects
- Track project progress, schedules, and deliverables
- Help prepare estimates, budgets, and tender submissions
- Support procurement by coordinating materials, equipment orders, and deliveries
- Conduct job site visits and help ensure quality control standards are met
- Maintain up-to-date records, reports, and documentation across project phases
- Communicate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
- Assist with safety documentation, permitting, and municipal inspections
- Provide administrative support including meeting minutes, scheduling, and data entry

**Qualifications**:

- 3-5 years of experience in construction coordination, estimating, or project administration
- Solid understanding of residential or modular construction processes
- Familiarity with project management tools, spreadsheets, and reporting systems
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to job sites across PEI
- Diploma or certificate in Construction Management, Engineering Technology, or related field (asset)

**Preferred Experience**:

- Experience working in residential, modular, panelized, or off-site construction
- Knowledge of local building codes and permitting processes
- Proficiency with estimating software or project tracking tools

**Work Environment**
- Head Office: Office setting located in Summerside (Primary Location)
- Factory: Indoor environment with exposure to tools, machinery, and equipment
- On-Site: Outdoor construction sites with exposure to varying weather, dust, and noise.
