Sales Representative

**SALES REPRESENTATIVE - KITCHEN SPECIALIST**

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager (Kitchen Specialist) for our Kent location at - 19 Eustane St, Summerside

For this position you will receive a base salary plus bonuses following a probationary period.

**Base salary: $37,842 + Commission**

**What you will do**:

- Lead a team of sales associates and project coordinators in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
- Effectively manage quotes, follow-ups and install processes to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction possible.
- Leadership and HR functions - recruitment, performance management, career development, employee engagement and leading meetings.
- Drive sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge
- Liaise with contractors/installers on various projects.
- Build new business relationships with customers that will result in repeat business
- Oversee the relationship with customers handled by the installed sale team
- Resolve customer challenges quickly and efficiently.
- Take initiative and confidently direct customer interactions
- Stay updated about latest products trends and market conditions
- Demonstrate high standards of safety and customer service

- Understanding of the importance of customer-focus in attaining business goals.
- A combination of business training and customer service experience is preferred.
- A strong foundation in Management, sales, and customer service
- Ability to solve problems and can work with mínimal supervision
- Excellent communication and team player
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and sales objectives
- Microsoft Office skills and willingness to learn new software programs
- Ability to travel to customer sites, a valid driver’s license is required
- A knowledge of building materials, and the construction process would be considered an asset
- Strong verbal and written communication (bilingual would be considered an asset French/English)
