**What You’ll Do**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients while understanding their insurance needs.
- Provide professional advice on insurance products and solutions.
- Negotiate terms and coverage with both clients and insurers.
- Proactively generate leads through networking and referrals.
- Review quotes and recommend tailored insurance solutions.
- Support clients with claims and provide ongoing service.
- Consistently achieve sales targets using effective prospecting and outside sales strategies.
- Stay current on industry trends, underwriting guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the team to enhance service delivery.

**What We’re Looking For**
- **RIBO License or LLQP (mandatory).**:

- Proven sales track record with ability to generate and convert leads.
- Strong networking skills and willingness to build referral partnerships.
- Independent, ambitious, and competitive mindset.
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive, client-focused attitude with a drive to succeed.
