Aaxel Insurance Brokers is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a **Commissioned RIBO Licensed Insurance Broker**. This **100% commission-based** hybrid position allows you to work both remotely and in our Mississauga office, ensuring you have the flexibility and work-life balance you need. **Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and process insurance policies, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Advise clients on coverage options tailored to their specific needs, providing expert guidance and solutions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes to provide clients with the best advice.

**Qualifications**
- Strong knowledge of automobile, property, and other insurance products.
- Proven experience in processing and managing insurance policies.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in managing tasks.
- Ability to interpret and analyze insurance policies and regulations effectively.
- ** RIBO (Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario) license** is a must.
- Experience using insurance software systems for efficient policy management.
- If you are newly RIBO licensed, a minimum of one year in sales or customer service is preferred.
