We are looking for ambitious and driven individuals to join our leadership crew as new Entry Level **Sales Assistant**

**As a Sales Assistant, you’ll play a crucial role** in our ambitious mission, engaging with potential clients and driving brand awareness through direct, face-to-face interactions:

- Engaging in dynamic in-person interactions with customers, promoting products/services with confidence and enthusiasm.
- Establishing strong relationships built on trust and effective communication.
- Understanding customer needs and tailoring solutions that address their specific challenges and goals.
- Assisting with the execution of creative in-field campaigns to elevate brand presence.
- Drive the assigned sales team to exceed set targets.
- Gathering market insights and customer feedback to enhance and refine sales strategies.
- Representing our brand with professionalism, embodying our drive to prove ourselves and make an impact.
- Keeping accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.

- 0 to 3 years of experience in sales, customer service, leadership or similar roles.
- Exceptional communication and people skills.
- A proactive approach, ready to take initiative and tackle challenges head-on.
- Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail.
- The ability to work independently while embracing a team-oriented spirit.
