London, Canada PM Creative Studios Full time

**About Us**

PM Creative Studios is a growing digital marketing agency focused on media production - video, photography, and digital content that helps businesses build their online presence. We work with small businesses and big brands, delivering everything from ad campaigns and brand documentaries to social media retainers, product launches, festivals, and corporate storytelling. Our projects span industries like hospitality, lifestyle, construction, government, and beyond, giving our team a chance to work on something new every week. We’re a small team of 10 that moves quickly, wears many hats, and thrives on creativity.

**Job Overview**

We’re looking for a **Creative Operations Coordinator** who thrives at the intersection of organization and creativity. In this role, you’ll be the connector between our clients and our production team, while helping turn ideas into clear plans, keeping shoots organized, making sure deadlines are met, and creating SOP's where necessary. You’ll manage brainstorms, add context from your knowledge of videography and photography, and then translate those ideas into structured outlines and schedules that the team can run with.

Day to day, that means planning shoots, coordinating with clients, tracking deliverables, and making sure our large volume of media files stay organized. You’ll also jump in on light technical support when needed, like setting up our podcast studio or helping prep gear before a shoot. While much of your work will be based out of our London studio, you’ll also be out in the field guiding client shoots, coordinating the team on-site, and ensuring everything runs smoothly.

This is a coordinator role, but you’ll be close to the creative action, shaping how projects move from concept to delivery and making sure the client journey feels smooth from start to finish. This role is built for someone who enjoys variety, thrives under pressure, and wants to be right in the mix of fast-moving media projects.

We’re not rigid about start and end times. Want to roll in at 10am? Go for it. Need to stay late to finish a project? We make it happen. Crushing deadlines early and heading out ahead of time? Even better. Some shoots and events do land on weekends, so we just ask for the same flexibility back when needed.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist with concept development and support creative brainstorming sessions
- Plan and coordinate shoots (schedules, logistics, client communication, location details)
- Manage the client journey from onboarding through delivery
- Support the production team with basic technical tasks (ex. setting up the podcast studio, turning on cameras/lights, preparing gear)
- Keep track of deadlines, project timelines, and deliverables
- Coordinate between team members (videographers, editors, photographers, graphic designer, web developer) to ensure everyone is aligned
- Manage large volumes of digital media files (naming, sorting, and keeping everything organized)
- Conduct thorough research to identify market trends and customer needs

**Skills**
- **Post-secondary education** in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- **Basic understanding of videography/photography**(you don’t need to be a pro, but you should know the basics)
- Solid background in sales and marketing principals
- **Strong organizational skills** with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at once
- **Excellent communication skills**and comfortable talking to clients and team members
- Ability to work quickly in a **fast-paced environment** and keep up with shifting priorities
- **Willingness to learn technical basics** (camera setup, podcast studio support)
- Proficiency in tools like Google Drive, Microsoft Office, and basic project management software
- **Editing knowledge**(Davinci Resolve & Lightroom) is considered a strong asset
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, Linkedin, YouTube)
- Understanding of **SEO best practices**:

- Excellent **research skills** to gather insights on market trends and consumer behavior
- Strong overall **marketing knowledge** with the ability to create effective strategies

**What We Offer**
- A creative studio that feels like a playground, from our podcast space and theater room to our production gear, you’ll always have new tools to work with and a team that feels more like family than coworkers
- Exposure to a wide variety of industries and clients, from lifestyle brands and live events to unique locations and projects you’ll actually be excited to be part of
- Opportunity to learn and grow alongside a small, ambitious team
- Hands-on experience with both small businesses and big brands
- The chance to grow your skills in marketing, media production, and client management
- Compensation based on experience
