We are currently seeking an organized and passionate professional to join us in our newly created full-time **Commercial Operations Coordinator** position.

**SUMMARY**

Working closely with our Commercial Operations Manager, the **Commercial Operations Coordinator **plays a key role providing property maintenance support and capital project support, coordinating preventative maintenance, preparing reports, analyzing data, and maintaining a database of assets. This position will join an experienced team of maintenance technicians and property management professionals who oversee over 850,000 square feet of diverse and environmentally sustainable commercial properties in London, Ontario.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Coordinate all aspects of commercial operations including order management, logistics coordination and inventory management
- Create, assign and monitor the completion of work orders and inspections
- Operate computerized BAS including editing set points and schedule operations of system
- Schedule and coordinate preventative maintenance
- Prepare regular reports and analyze utility, air quality and performance metrics
- Organize and coordinate capital project activities
- Assist with tasks related to renovation and tenant build out projects including monitoring construction and building projects
- Document and maintain a database of major assets (MUA, boilers etc.)

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial or facilities maintenance
- Computer and smartphone proficiency required including Microsoft Office Suite, Yardi an asset
- Ability to interpret structural, mechanical, electrical and architectural drawings
- Proficient working with PO’s, invoices, and numerical data
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Proficient oral and written communication skills in English
- Criminal background check and RCMP Enhanced Reliability Status Clearance required
- Must have a valid G driver’s license, access to a vehicle in good working order with minimum liability insurance of $1,000,000.
