**Position Overview**
We are seeking a **Part-Time Office Manager** to support our operations in Toronto. This is a **remote, work-from-home position** (approximately 20 hours per week), ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic and international environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide administrative and operational support to the North America team.
- Manage schedules, correspondence, and documentation for the company’s leadership.
- Coordinate with global offices (Israel, UAE, Africa) to ensure seamless communication.
- Assist with financial administration, expense tracking, and vendor coordination.
- Support HR tasks including onboarding and maintaining company records.
- Ensure compliance with Canadian corporate requirements and filings.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in office management, administration, or executive assistance.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication in English; additional languages are an asset.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and maintain confidentiality.
- Based in Toronto or the Greater Toronto Area.
