**Your Role: Funding Specialist**

With the **demand for small business financing skyrocketing**, we’re expanding our elite team As a **Funding Specialist**, you’ll be at the forefront of **helping business owners unlock their full potential**, guiding them through the funding process, and **closing high-value deals** that make a real difference.

**What You’ll Do**
- **Be the Go-To Expert** - Consult with business owners, analyze their financial needs, and match them with the perfect funding solutions.
- **Prospect & Close Deals** - Proactively reach out to potential clients, showcase our products, and secure funding agreements.
- **Master Our Financial Products** - Develop in-depth knowledge of our funding options, terms, and rates to provide **strategic financial advice.**
- **Build Lasting Relationships** - Foster trust with clients and identify opportunities for **repeat business and additional funding.**
- **Collaborate with Industry Experts** - Work alongside our underwriting and legal teams to **ensure seamless, compliant funding.**

**What You Bring to the Table**

**Bachelor’s degree** in Finance, Business Administration, or related field (preferred but not required).

**1-3 years of sales experience** (a plus, but high achievers with no experience are welcome).

**Exceptional communication & negotiation skills**—you know how to sell and connect with people.

**Unstoppable drive for success**—you thrive on challenges and love closing deals.

**Competitive spirit & strong work ethic**—you’re a self-starter who plays to win.

**Ability to multitask** in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

**Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Google Suite.**

Pay: Up to $350,000.00 per year
