**Your role**
- Are you a great innovator? Do you know how to solve problems and increase efficiencies? We're looking for an Operations Funds Specialist.
- Your Mutual & Hedge Fund Processing responsibilities include:
- check and process all NAV adjustments, subscriptions, redemptions and distributions in connection with all mutual fund holdings including foreign, domestic and hedge fund products
- manage custody of all fund positions to ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of client holdings
- proficient in using FundServ including completing dealer agreements
- process all related transactions on a timely basis through the banks’ in-house systems
- recommend or propose changes and enhancements to our systems, and work closely with IT to implement

**Your team**
- You’ll be working in Wealth Operations in Toronto. We’re part of a Service Delivery Team covering a diverse responsibility in Group Operations. Our team is responsible for the Cash Management, tax reporting, onboarding, fund administration, asset transfers, settlements, corporate actions and many more in the process of serving our client’s needs.

**Your expertise**
- a minimum of 2-3 years Mutual & Hedge fund processing experience (foreign & domestic offshore, account transfers, Nostro and custody reconciliations)
- completed Canadian Securities Course
- Global Corporate Action experience would be an asset
- flexible and willing to assist other team members as well as work occasional overtime
