Seasonal Captain

**Position**: Captain (Master Limited 60 GT) - **Seasonal Contract** (June-October)
**Location**: Lake Ontario / Toronto Waters

**About the Role**:
We’re seeking an experienced, safety-focused **Captain** (Master Limited 60 GT) to join our team. This role is perfect for a customer-oriented leader who takes pride in operating passenger vessels safely and efficiently while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Safely navigate and operate passenger vessels in **Lake Ontario/Toronto waters**, adhering to **Transport Canada** regulations.
- Lead daily operations with a focus on **safety, security, and passenger satisfaction**.
- Conduct pre-departure checks, crew briefings, and emergency drills.
- Ensure compliance with all maritime safety protocols.
- Maintain logs, incident reports, and vessel maintenance records.
- Provide a welcoming and professional presence for passengers.

**Mandatory Requirements**:

- **Transport Canada Master Limited 60 GT License** (or higher).
- **Valid Marine Medical Certificate**.
- **Marine Radio Operator Permit (ROC-MC)**.
- **MED A3 (Marine Emergency Duties)** certification.
- **5+ years of passenger vessel experience** (commercial).
- **Proven familiarity with Lake Ontario/Toronto waters**.
- Flexibility to work **weekends, evenings, and holidays** (seasonal schedule).

**Preferred Assets**:

- Customer service background (tour boats, ferries, etc.).
- Mechanical troubleshooting skills.
