**Job Type: FT Cash Lead**

As a Cash Lead, you are the first and last point of contact to our customers. You will be responsible to provide extraordinary customer service to our customers by providing an exceptional interaction during the completion of the sale transactions. You connect with our customers and staff through our shared passions.

***Your Responsibilities**

***Customer Service**
- Leads by example, providing exceptional customer service to Team Town’s internal and external customer.
- Provides excellent customer service in all aspects of service.

**Operations**
- Authorization of exchanges and returns.
- Member growth-asking customer if they’re in our database and if not offering to add profiles.
- Responsible for setting up and maintaining cash office to corporate standard.
- Ensures paperwork is complete and accurate on a daily basis including bank deposits, reconciliations, balancing the safe, cash floats and petty cash.
- Participates with the direction and control of opening and closing procedures and ready for business standards.
- Controls shortage and loss ensuring all loss prevention standards are promoted and complied with by all employees.
- Actively participate in our team tasks to deliver a full experience to our customers including store cleanliness, merchandising, and restocking of product and control of inventory.
- Prepares and maintains various financial reports; works in liaison with the accounting department.

***Leadership**:

- Motivates and leads team through personal example regarding customer service, store cleanliness, departmental job lists, health and safety practices, dress code, players relations and compliance with Team Towns’ policies and procedures.
- Adheres to all Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA), specifically Employee’s Responsibilities and reporting requirements.

**Training**:

- Completes all training within required timelines.
- Participates in daily huddles and weekly team meetings.
- Identify strengths and weaknesses of the team.
- Plan, develop and implement training sessions.

- You are a coach, athlete, and player.
- You have an outgoing personality and an enthusiasm for creating an amazing customer experience and a genuine passion for serving the public and ensuring that all customers are cared for.
- You have a desire to continually learn.
- You have experience in a lead cashier role or equivalent experience in a retail environment.
- You have passion, knowledge, dedication, and a commitment for the sports and activities we support in our stores.
