**Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Lead the appropriate factory alignment in product development process from concept to production, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality samples and production.
- Sourcing new factory resources as needed
- Collaborate with design teams to create innovative knitwear ideas that align with market trends.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences, translating insights into actionable product strategies.
- Manage relationships with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure quality standards are met throughout the production process.
- Oversee product testing and quality assurance processes to maintain brand integrity.
- Work closely with marketing to develop effective product launch strategies.
- Oversee all related timeline management to ensure all is executed in keeping with customer and internal planning objectives

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in product development within the apparel industry, preferably in accessories knitwear.
- Strong understanding of sustainable materials and practices in fashion.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Pay: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
