Office Assistant

**Job Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Manage front desk duties, including greeting visitors and answering multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
- Handle filing, document proofreading, and general administrative tasks to support daily operations
- Assist with bookkeeping and basic financial record keeping as needed
- Provide customer support by responding to inquiries and ensuring excellent customer service standards
- Support medical or dental office functions, including appointment scheduling and patient record management if applicable
- Maintain organized workspaces and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
- Coordinate with team members to streamline office procedures and improve workflow
**Experience**
- Prior clerical or administrative experience preferred, especially in medical or dental office settings
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and QuickBooks is highly desirable
- Strong computer skills with the ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently
- Experience with multi-line phone systems and front desk operations
- Knowledge of filing systems, proofreading, and organizational skills essential for success in this role
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional demeanor and proper phone etiquette
- Previous experience in bookkeeping or medical/dental office environments is a plus but not required
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $15.70-$24.54 per hour
