**About the role**:

- **Fleet Management**:

- Oversee the day-to-day activities of the company fleet, including vehicle acquisition, registration, insurance, and maintenance.
- Coordinate with fleet manager to ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of vehicle information, including licensing, inspections, and maintenance schedules.
- Monitor fleet utilization, analyze data, and provide recommendations for optimizing fleet size, vehicle assignments, and usage.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Prepare and maintain documentation related to vehicle inventory, registrations, insurance, and maintenance records.
- Generate reports on fleet performance, including fuel consumption, maintenance costs, and driver behavior.
- Collaborate with finance and accounting departments to track expenses, reconcile invoices, and ensure accurate billing and cost allocation.
- **Vendor Management**:

- Liaise with automotive dealerships, suppliers, and service providers to obtain competitive pricing, negotiate contracts, and facilitate fleet-related purchases.
- Coordinate with vendors for vehicle repairs, maintenance, and warranty claims, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
- Evaluate vendor performance and recommend changes or improvements as needed.
- **Compliance and Regulations**:

- Stay up-to-date with local regulations related to fleet management, including licensing, permits, emissions, and safety standards.
- Ensure fleet operations comply with relevant regulations and implement necessary changes to maintain compliance.

**Here is what we require**:

- At least three or more years’ experience in fleet coordination/management or a related role within the automotive industry.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in data management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance requirements in the automotive industry.
