We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable **Fleet Coordinator** who will be responsible for preparing, inspecting, and coordinating company trucks, assisting drivers, and ensuring vehicles are maintained to the highest operational and safety standards. This position is **part time (Mondays and Tuesdays)** with potential for more regular shifts in the future.

**Responsibilities**:

- Preparing trucks for new assignments by conducting pre-trip inspections and ensuring compliance with safety standards
- Checking and inspecting trucks after use, reporting any maintenance or repair needs
- Moving trucks between yards, into garages for detailing, servicing, and repairs as required
- Assisting and providing instructions to new drivers during onboarding and vehicle orientation
- Conducting road tests to assess performance and verify repairs or maintenance have been completed successfully
- Maintaining accurate records of truck usage, inspections, and service history
- Supporting the fleet manager with daily operations, scheduling, and compliance tasks
- Performing other fleet-related tasks as requested by management

**Requirements**:

- 1+ years of experience in fleet coordination, truck driving, or transportation operations
- Valid commercial driver’s license (AZ)
- Strong knowledge of truck safety standards and inspection procedures
- Ability to operate and maneuver trucks in yards and garages safely
- Basic computer skills (MS Outlook, Word, Excel) for reporting and recordkeeping
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to assist and instruct drivers
- High level of attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Russian language is an asset
