The talented individual for this role will have an eye for detail, critical thinking skills and a team-oriented, personal approach to their co-workers. This role will allow you to have a diverse work experience, grow professionally while working in a fast-paced and supportive environment. This is an in-person position.The Role As the Office Manager, you will report directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for keeping the office organized by supporting the needs of the entire office staff. You will work closely with management to oversee companywide organizational flows and best practices. You will be required to execute a wide range of duties related to onboarding, internal company events and day-to-day life in our hybrid office environment. You will set the tone for a caring, fun and efficient workplace by providing employees with resources, tools, and company-wide initiatives.Responsibilities for this role include:
- Manage and maintain our physical office location* Develop, review, and update organizational standards and office procedures and policies* Support the implementation of company vision into day-to-day work* Monitor and boost company morale* Manage office expenses and budget* Recommend and implement technology solutions that improve operational effectiveness.
