What our Asset Reconciliations Analysts in our Operations team do:
The Asset Reconciliations Analyst strives to continuously provide high quality service, output and products to clients and/or colleagues. They are easily managing time, plans and organises work tasks, monitors progress and meets deadlines. They can manage multiple priorities and takes personal responsibility to achieve. Our Reconciliations Analyst continuously learns from experience and thinks creatively to improve ways of working. they share knowledge and experience with others.
Key responsibilities for the Asset Reconciliations Analyst include:
- Performs asset and scrip reconciliations.- Delivers, tests, implements any change into the team, document any procedural changes to support change.- Supports manager in reviewing work and production of MI to demonstrate effectiveness of controls within team.- Reviews any project documentation to assess impact to team, Review procedures periodically to ensure completeness and accuracy to current process.- Supports the BAU function with deliverables as and when required, ensure knowledge of process is maintained by performing BAU tasks regularly- Drives forward ideas from the team to improve the existing operating process.- Keeps up to date with market changes and developments that impact the team, have a sound overall awareness of the teams functions.- Communicates with real impact in a way that is open, honest, consistent and clear. Confidently conveys messages in a credible and persuasive manner. Gains agreement by negotiating a position to the benefit of both parties.- Analyses problems and identifies the core issues. Investigates and evaluates information. Generates appropriate solutions using sound judgement to solve problems.- Continuously learns from experience and thinks creatively to improve ways of working. Shares knowledge and experience with others. Challenges openly and objectively with valid motivation.
What we are looking for:
- Highly proficient in reconciling assets- 3+ years of experience within the Wealth Management, platform, banking or other relevant industry.- Able to demonstrate knowledge of US and Canada regulations.- Excellent and proven conflict resolution skills.- The ability to build effective relationships, both within the immediate team and wider business.- Has demonstrated an ability to work under pressure whilst ensuring KPI’s are met.- Strong verbal and written communication skills.- Works with US and Canadian and regulatory requirements.- Proposition knowledge of platform industry, from Retail Client to Asset Servicing delivery.
