Harvard Developments has an immediate opening for a Marketing Coordinator to join its Saskatchewan retail team at the Grasslands Shopping Centre to implement and execute the strategic marketing plan and budget. As a crucial member of a highly engaged team, the Marketing Coordinator will provide an exceptional customer service experience while directing all efforts to increase traffic, sales, market share, and engagement in a fast-paced ever-changing environment.

The company oversees 8 million square feet of office, retail, and industrial properties throughout Western Canada, with offices in Winnipeg, Regina, Calgary, and Edmonton.

As a successful Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible to:

- Assist the Senior Marketing Manager develop and execute a strategic marketing plan for the shopping centre including advertising, promotions, events, and community endeavors that delivers on key performance indicators;
- Coordinate and execute approved events and programs ensuring a positive ROI;
- Monitor and report on marketing initiatives and campaigns carried out at the shopping centre;
- Work with select social media Brand Ambassadors to amplify the shopping centre’s promotional message and highlight retailers;
- Develop, implement, promote, and administer the shopping centre’s Gift Card program;
- Schedule and coordinate venue services and execution of various types of promotional and community events at the shopping centre.

**Preference will be given to an individual who possesses**:

- High school diploma with some post-secondary education in marketing, advertising, business, public relations, or communications;
- One to two years in marketing, event planning, social media, content creation, or community relations, preferably within retail or advertising agency setting;
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language;
- Proven negotiation skills;
- Organized and detail-oriented with good project management and planning skills;
- Cheerful and friendly disposition;
- Willingness to learn and take direction;
- Ability to multitask in a changing work environment;
- Ability to manage and meet multiple deadlines;
- Flexibility to work varied schedules including weekends and evenings during key retail seasons.
