**Key Responsibilities**:

- Welcome and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor, offering product recommendations and personalized beauty advice.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of our beauty products, including haircare, skincare, and cosmetics.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide beauty tips to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Communicate effectively to understand customer needs and provide appropriate product solutions.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, receive and stock products, and perform periodic inventory checks.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and performance goals.
- Process transactions accurately using our point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Ensure the store environment is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Stay informed about industry trends, new product launches, and promotions to provide up-to-date information to customers.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in retail or customer service, preferably within the beauty industry.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Strong understanding of inventory management and stock handling.
- Proven sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Passion for beauty products and staying current with industry trends.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Must reside in the Regina area.

**Position Details**:

- **Job Type**: Full-time,
- **Salary**: Starting from $15.00 per hour, based on experience
- **Benefits**: Extended health care, store associate discount, on-site parking
- **Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (8-hour shifts)
