We are looking for a Regional Manager ready to take the helm of our dynamic rental business in the heart of Saskatchewan. We're seeking a visionary Regional Manager to lead our team to new heights in the land of endless skies and boundless opportunities. This role will be based out of branch office in Saskatoon.
As a Regional Manager, you will be overseeing all aspects of branch performance, and commercial activities including planning, sales, and leading operations, for the Saskatchewan region.

- Bring a growth mindset to every aspect of the business - fleet, people, process and project execution.
- Interpret company objectives and distill them into actionable plans for the team in your region.
- Develop and implement an on-going sales plan, review sales metrics, make recommendations to achieve sales objectives for the region and coordinate and liaise with the team on tender proposals and major projects.
- Nurture a culture of excellence, mentoring team members to unlock their full potential.
- Collaborate closely with regional stakeholders to identify opportunities and address challenges.
- Ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness through meticulous planning and execution.
- Champion customer satisfaction, resolving issues promptly and proactively.
- Ensure quality standards/installations and projects meet both client and internal standards.
- Be a champion for Safety and lead by example.
- Manage facilities and real estate requirements.
- Ensure an agile, entrepreneurial, ambitious cultural energy that is focused on continual improvement and having fun
- Prepare budgets and business plans to support ongoing initiatives
- Ensure the rental fleet is controlled and managed appropriately (e.g., service standards, location, asset location, fleet counts, quality, etc.).
- Get involved in the local business community, spread brand awareness and contribute to future success while actively engaging with local, regional and provincial authorities (e.g. construction associations).
**Who You Are**:
- 7+ years’ proven leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
- A strategic mindset with a knack for problem-solving.
- Bachelor’s degree, diploma or proof of professional development in business, marketing, operations or related field is preferred.
- Proven ability to lead, develop and grow people within a business setting.
- Demonstrated experience with P&L accountability.
- Strong relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel
**Nice To Have**:
- Proven account management and competitive sales experience in the modular space rental industry.
- Good awareness of the construction industry in terms of process, permitting, contracts, schedules, budgets, planning, etc.
- Alternative experience in related equipment rental industries, construction-service industries and/or other decentralized branch-centric businesses.
