The Opportunity
As a Regional Manager, you will act as the primary point of contact for clients, facility managers, preferred partners, and field employees while collaborating closely with operations, administration, business development, and finance teams. You will drive regional growth, enforce contract compliance, and ensure the safe and high-quality delivery of services.
What You'll Do
Drive Growth and Business Development
- Track performance, profitability, and regional revenue.
- Identify and act on revenue opportunities through client touchpoints, site inspections, and maintenance recommendations.
- Promote new client acquisitions and business opportunities.
- Achieve KPIs related to work order growth, margins, and revenue.
Oversee Operations and Compliance
- Understand and enforce client contracts within your region.
- Ensure service quality and safety standards are met.
- Monitor performance through inspections and effective communication.
Manage Clients and Partners
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Handle inquiries, resolve conflicts, and manage complaints.
- Source, negotiate, and train preferred partners to support regional growth.
Lead Projects and Work Orders
- Support the administration team in work order and project execution.
- Collaborate with procurement on bids, site meetings, pricing, and proposals.
What You Bring
- Post-secondary diploma or certificate in management or project management (preferred).
- 3+ years of management experience in an operations-focused role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication, with a high degree of professionalism.
Working Conditions
- Frequent travel within the assigned territory for site inspections, contractor meetings, and client interactions.
- Occasional travel to GRM Inc. Head Office.
- Flexibility required, including irregular hours beyond the standard work week during peak business periods.
