Are you a Marketing professional looking for an exciting environment where you can make a difference? Matrox Imaging, a worldwide leader in software and hardware for the machine vision industry, is looking for a dynamic and energetic Marketing and Communication Coordinator to support our growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with internal teams and resources to ensure all marketing materials are supportive of and consistent with corporate strategies and brand guidelines;
- Support the development and distribution of internal and external marketing communications;
- Manage press and industry contact lists and PR distribution;
- Plan, coordinate and manage successful events including tradeshows, meetings and webinars
- Suggest and implement improvements to existing marketing initiatives and collateral or suggest new methods to market Matrox Imaging products and brand;
- Manage, prioritize, and execute multiple projects independently, and deliver anticipated results while meeting timeline and budget considerations;

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing;
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, communications or a similar field;
- Experience in B2B marketing, preferably in a high-tech or IT-based organization;
- Proactive, versatile and collaborate within a team;
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, solve problems, and be resourceful in a fast-paced environment;
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines;
- International travel for business may occasionally be required;
- Fluent in English and possess a working knowledge of French.

**Asset**:

- Experience with Adobe Creative suite or similar graphic design software;
- Project or event planning experience.
