**Job Statement**
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, Demand Generation and working closely with the extended SFM marketing team, Brand Management and suppliers, you will help drive the design, execution and reporting on a wide variety of multichannel (online/offline) go-to-market programs for a broad portfolio of “household” name brands in the professional audio, video and live production space. Delivering on strategic plans, supported by a seasoned team of marketing content creatives as well as sponsored artists and events you will bring focus, direction and drive to these exciting programs core to the SFM value proposition and market offering.
**Responsibilities**
- Collaborating with brand and category management and suppliers to develop annual marketing plan
- Designing, socializing, executing and measuring marketing campaigns including product launches, promotions and events
- Identifying key goals, objectives, and milestones to provide the team with clear direction
- Coordinating campaigns with cross-functional teams including brand managers, writers, social media managers and designers, as well as external vendors
- Developing and refining marketing plans and budget proposals
- Ensuring projects are executed successfully: on-time, on-budget, and on-message
- Assuming ownership of campaigns and projects assigned to you
- Developing and executing integrated marketing plans, which may include the following:
- Social media
- Digital and print advertising
- Events
- Public relations
- Other required marketing activitiesTracking project performance and analyzing deliverables against requirements
-Ensuring that all budgetary objectives are met, adjusting as needed
-Participating in the development of quarterly or yearly marketing plans designed to achieve business objectives
-Working with management to ensure initiatives are executed in a manner consistent with corporate marketing objectives
-Ensuring each project will provide a clear ROI in support of the marketing goals
**Qualifications**Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Management, Business, and/or equivalent job experience
- Strong understanding of digital marketing practices, tools and capabilities
- A solid understanding of customer journey models, marketing funnels and strong familiarity with paid, owned and earned media channels
- An understanding of planning, project management and campaign processes
- 2-3 years relevant work or industry experience
- A proven track record of managing multiple concurrent campaigns
- Organized with an attention to detail
- Self-starter, resourceful, and creative
- A growth mindset and passion for learning
- Team player, personable and professional attitude
- Ability to effectively communicate with internal stakeholders and external vendors
- Strong business writing skills
- Background in music, event production or entertainment industry is an asset
