Primary Responsibilities:

- Connect with customers and attempt to either troubleshoot issues or book a service call to arrange for a technician to come out
- Take in work orders from service technicians and the end of the day as needed
- Pull chemicals, equipment and parts for upcoming jobs
- Assist the Dispatcher with building the daily service schedule
- Plan and build pool opening and pool closing schedules to meet seasonal needs
- Ensure smooth communication between departments when needed
- Document and enter all work orders into an automated system for billing and communication with customers
- Place orders for parts or equipment needed by customers for upcoming jobs
- Communicate with technicians in the field to assist with any issues that arise or require additional support from other technicians

Key Skills and Competencies:

- Great customer connect and able to disable customer complains and concerns
- Highly comfortable with computers, Microsoft Office Suite and digital schedules
- Flexible and able to adjust to seasonal highs and lows
- A strong technical aptitude and able to help customers understand the technical aspects of their pool or spa systems
- Very detail oriented and able to be highly specific and clear with paperwork, work orders and customers
- Able to understand the needs of a seasonal business, moving from highly busy periods of customer demand to very slow periods used for training, planning and preparing
