**We're Looking for IT Specialists with Experience in the Following Areas (and More)**:

- **Network Administration**:

- Experience with network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Strong understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.).
- Experience with network troubleshooting and performance optimization.
- Experience with network security protocols and best practices.
- **System Administration**:

- Experience with Windows and/or Linux server administration.
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, etc.).
- Experience with server maintenance, patching, and security hardening.
- Experience with automation tools (PowerShell, scripting languages).
- **Cybersecurity**:

- Experience with threat detection, incident response, and vulnerability management.
- Knowledge of security best practices and frameworks.
- Experience with security tools (SIEM, firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems).
- **Help Desk/Technical Support**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience providing technical support to end-users.
- Experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
- **Cloud Computing**:

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Experience with cloud services (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
- Experience with cloud security and cost optimization.
- Experience with cloud automation and orchestration.
- **Database Administration**:

- Experience with database management systems (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.).
- Experience with database design, optimization, and security.
- Experience with database backup and recovery.
- **IT Project Management**:

- Experience in planning, executing, and delivering IT projects.
- Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
