**Carmacks Enterprises Ltd.** is a civil contractor, specializing in road and bridge construction and maintenance, in business for over 40 years. We are currently seeking a seasonal **General Labourer** for Highways Division to work on a project in Alberta. This position will report to the Highways Division Foreman.

**What is the role?**
- You are able to work with small hand tools
- Assist skilled trades people and perform a wide range of tasks at construction sites
- Loading, unloading, identifying, and distributing materials and equipment
- Cleaning and preparation of construction sites
- Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
- Perform other activities at construction sites, as directed
- Minimum 1 years of labour experience would be an asset
- Experience working with highways construction would be an asset
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Minimum class 5 driver's license with a clean driver's abstract
- You must be physically fit, able to work long hours outdoors
