**About the Role**:
We’re looking for a driven Business Development Specialist to sell coffee stations to businesses and uncover new sales opportunities. This role involves prospecting, pitching, and closing deals with offices, retailers, and commercial clients—both virtually and **in person**.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Visit local businesses in person to identify and generate new sales leads
- Conduct sales presentations and product demos for potential clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Close deals and coordinate smooth onboarding
- Track activities and pipeline updates in the CRM
- Stay informed on competitors and market trends
- Support marketing campaigns and attend industry events as needed
**Qualifications**:
- 2+ years in B2B sales or business development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable visiting businesses and cold walking to generate leads
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and organized
- CRM experience is a plus
- Passion for coffee is a bonus
Pay: $25.00-$50.00 per hour
Additional pay:
- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person
