**Skills and Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for providing Bilingual Customer Service Support.
- Service Now reporting, perform ticket analytics, helpdesk analyst.
- providing L1/L1.5 support, excellent customer handling skills,
- Awareness / knowledge of ITSM process, knowledge on bank branches and ATM support.

Pay: $70,946.01-$100,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Service Now reporting: 4 years (preferred)

- ITSM: 4 years (preferred)
- ATM support: 4 years (preferred)
