**ROLE**

The Analyst will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of our pension plans with cross functional exposure to the group benefits area. This position will work with a variety of stakeholders to answer questions, resolve issues, complete regulatory filings and complete projects.

**POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Day-to-day administration of the company administered DB and DC pension plans
- Maintain governance documentation andorganize pension committee meetings
- Complete pension regulatory filings including AIRs
- Support annual pension processes including external audit, valuations and year end data validation for Pension Adjustments
- Oracle transactions and testing as required
- Communication, education and training support for stakeholders - drafting, editing, and cascading information and hosting associate information sessions
- Various projects and initiatives as they arise
- Day-to-day organization including records retention, filing, etc.
- Ocassional need to go into the closest office

**Position Requirements**:
**SOUGHT SKILLSET**

**REQUIRED**
- **Experience**:Minimum 3 years’ experience as an Analyst/Coordinator - either in HR or Payroll?
- **Education**:Must have a college diploma. Preferably in Human Resources or a related function
- **Computer Skills**:Intermediate excel skills - create pivot tables and simple formulas (vlookups)
- Good business communication skills - written/ verbal
- Highly organized, with the ability to multi-task, schedule and balance competing priorities to meet deadlines
- Working individually and within a team, in a dynamic, fast-paced and customer-focused environment
- Ability to effectively manage confidential and/or sensitive information
- Dedicated team player, who demonstrates initiative, and independence

**DESIRED ASSETS**
- CEBS designation or interest in pursuing designation.
- Bilingualism, English/French - Will be considered as a strong asset
