We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Recruitment Coordinator to join our People team in Langley, BC.

Reporting to the Manager, Recruitment and Retention, you will play an integral part in our centralized Recruitment and Retention team by supporting the administrative activities connected to the recruitment, retention, and onboarding of new team members.

You will be responsible for:
- Providing administrative support to the Recruitment & Retention team.- Maintaining and posting internal and external job profiles and postings.- Maintaining and updating internal resources, including hiring tools and guidelines.- Researching external job boards, and networks to support talent attraction.- Supporting the Recruitment & Retention team and hiring managers with full-cycle recruitment activities as required (i.e., phone screens, scheduling interviews, onboarding).- Providing administrative support with retention and recognition programs- Reporting, invoicing, supplies maintenance and various ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.

You have:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience working in an administrative capacity, ideally in Human Resources.- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (primarily Teams and Outlook).- A Human Resources certificate is an asset.- Previous experience using an HRIS (Human Resource Management Information System) i.e., Workday, is an asset.
