On a strong growth trajectory, we are looking to add a junior creative project manager to our Design and Development team. While supporting the creative project manager, you’ll be a bridge between clients and the Be the Change Group team. You’ll both support and lead a portfolio of projects including digital, development, research, and design, including building project plans, tracking key milestones and deadlines, ensuring correct resource allocation, and leading client meetings.

You’ll have continuous support and mentorship from our creative project manager and leadership team, with an abundance of opportunities to grow personally and professionally both through your work and through the programs made available to you for development.
Reporting to our creative project manager, you’ll also work closely with our CEO/creative director who is committed to mentoring and providing an opportunity to grow with the company.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Preparing project progress updates for internal teams and clients
- Performing website demonstrations
- Keeping up to date on industry trends for website design and development
- Leading and running regularly occurring client meetings
- Supporting the development of user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces
- Supporting the integration of images, videos, and plugins for web-based projects
- Gathering, prioritizing, and resolving client feedback
- Tasking and task-managing for the design and development team
- Assisting in preparing and tracking project budgets
- Keeping team members and clients informed on project progress
- Troubleshooting and acting as a problem-solver when bottlenecks and challenges arise, pulling in the right resources and knowing when to escalate
- Coordinating and overseeing web maintenance packages for clients (existing and new)
- Working with the Communications and Research teams to coordinate client deliverables
- Helping to advise and improve systems for the Design and Development team
- Working with clients and internal teams to provide an exceptional experience and provide recommendations and guidelines for smooth project delivery
- Upholding the values of Be the Change Group and acting with integrity while using a solutions-oriented approach

**Things you need to have**:

- Client management experience
- Project management or project coordinating experience
- Interest or experience in creative asset production
- Advanced proficiency in WordPress
- Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics
- Comfort in leading and facilitating client-facing meetings and demonstrations
- A track record of completing tasks on time and successfully coordinating or managing a group of stakeholders to a successful conclusion
- Fantastic time
- and project-management skills, with the ability to meet strict deadlines and work quickly when needed
- Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively in a small work environment across multiple departments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Drive and motivation, with a love for problem-solving
- A desire to work together to create positive change

- An inquisitive and empathetic mindset
- The desire to learn and lean into growth areas
- A sense of humour
- 2+ years in a similar or transferable position
- Agency experience is an asset
- Proficiency in programming languages ( HTML, etc.) is an asset
