**Job Summary**

AutoCad / Junior Project Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:

- Write and sent out Purchase Orders, Change Orders and Contracts
- Draft drawings on AutoCAD
- Communicate with trades and consultants
- Attend site meetings and take meeting minutes
- Work independently
- Ability communication, well-organized and attention to detail
- Understand the construction sequence
- Able to read construction drawings
- Understand the construction process, systems and sequencing of scopes
- Being able to work with others
- Able to work day time and night shifts
- Able to adapt to pressured situations that call for working extended hours
- Ability to resolve problems and adhere to health and safety guidelines
- Being resourceful and self-motivated
- Physically strong
- capable of working with machinery or moving heavy equipment
- Able to resolve complaints quickly and efficiently
- Able to work as part of a team

Required Experience:

- BCIT credentials
- Experience with Microsoft office and AutoCAD
- Basic math skills and good grasp of the English language
- City Drawings and Coordination

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay

**Experience**:

- AutoCAD: 1 year (preferred)
- drafting: 1 year (preferred)
