About the Role

Prepares documents, spreadsheets, reports and presentations. Creates and/or maintains appropriate logs, databases, inventories, filing (hard or soft copy), status reports/tracking. May perform some research or data analysis tasks. Takes and delivers messages, provide information to callers, distribute and route mail, packages and paperwork. May schedule and coordinate meetings, business travel or other events.

Primary Responsibilities
- Generate / maintain WESCAM Authorized Service Center (WASC) Management Group documents
- Responsible for updating / releasing Customer Support Policy Manual (CSPM) updates
- Supporting Project Managers, prepare service centers’ performance data for reporting purposes
- Establish and maintain an accurate and comprehensive record of WASC regulatory documentation expiration dates
- Interface with the Customer Training Group regarding WASC training course scheduling
- Coordinates updates to WASC Admin. Course Materials content by collaborating with WASC PMs, QA, and the Training Group.
- Maintain training certification records and training evaluation reports
- Responsible for maintaining the WASC Group SharePoint site
- Support Budgeting activities including departmental, expenses and capital forecasting and recoding actuals
- Update monthly QUAD charts.
- Update department’s policies and procedures as directed
- Interface with the Contracts department to facilitate timely approval of contractual documents
- Support the team with setting up meetings
- Assist with travel arrangements and material shipments
- Responsible for Purchase Orders processing for support equipment and materials

Desired Education and Experiences
- Requires highly developed job knowledge/skills.
- Requires 2 years post-Secondary Degree with a minimum of 4+ years of prior related experience.
- Interfacing with customers and suppliers
