What You’ll be Doing
- Expedite background to be able to engage other departments to achieve results.
- Understands time sensitive tasks and able to encourage other groups to support priority work.
- Creating and maintaining product change matrix including Deviations, ECO’s and Mod kits.
- Reviewing technical changes and interfacing with different departments to acquire the details needed to carry out the changes to the product.
- Review Team Centre tasking, ensure work is completed and sign off tasks accordingly.
- Review the Master Planning Schedule for key milestone dates.
- Pull together hardware kits and paperwork to enable timely execution of jobs.
- Help to coordinate the work load for the Electrical Cell.
- Be an active member for the NPI Material Review Board.
- Purchase tools for the cell as required.
- Working with the NPI Supervisor to eliminate MES issues as they arise.
- Track current and previous configuration of NPI systems including Engineering, and Sales and Marketing assets.
- Track Engineering Change Orders (ECO) and Request for Variances (RFV) through Teamcenter to expedite release.
- Coordinate with Configuration Management regarding APAB updates and discrepancies.
- Coordinate with NPI Planner/Master Scheduler concerning rework/conversions/modifications and Work Order release.
- Investigate/resolve discrepancies in APAB.

Education and Experiences We Seek
- Computer skills a must, experience with excel and previous exposure to an MRP system.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Experience in planning or an expediting role.
- College Diploma in a Technical or other related discipline

It Would Be Great if You Also Had
- Previous work in a high technology environment an asset.
