Rotsaert Dental Lab is a leading dental laboratory in Hamilton, over 60 years we pride ourselves on delivering high quality dental prosthetics and appliances using advanced technologies and dedicated craftsmanship.

**Position Overview**

As a Denture Technician, you will be responsible for the fabrication, repair, and maintenance of full and partial dentures. You’ll work closely with denturists and other technicians in a collaborative and clean lab environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Fabricate complete and partial dentures using traditional and digital techniques as well as flexible techniques setup and finishes.
- Conduct repairs, relines, and adjustments as needed
- Ensure the highest level of accuracy and craftsmanship in all work
- Maintain equipment and sterilize tools
- Communicate effectively with clinical staff to clarify specifications
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience (3+ years preferred) in a dental lab environment
- Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of dental materials, laboratory techniques, and safety protocols
