**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Management Analyst to join our growing team. This is a hybrid position, and applicants must be based in British Columbia to attend in-person work when required.

As a Business Management Analyst, you will play a key role in analyzing our business operations, identifying opportunities for improvement, and providing data-driven insights to support the growth of WeConnect BC and our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct research and analysis of business operations, industry trends, and market conditions.
- Evaluate existing processes and recommend strategies for optimization.
- Prepare detailed reports, business models, and forecasts to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement business solutions.
- Monitor project progress, performance indicators, and prepare presentations for leadership.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
- Must be based in British Columbia to attend in-person work when required.
- 4 years of experience in business management analysis

Pay: $26.00-$29.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
