**Title**: Business Analyst, Human Resource Systems
**Salary**: $88,948 - $104,644 - $120,341 per year (pay range explained below)
**Contract**: Permanent
**Hours**: 37.5 hours Monday
- Friday (core hours
- 9:00 am
- 3:00 pm)
**Location**: Coast Salish Territories of Musqueam Nations
- Metro Vancouver: Alberni office - (Hybrid - minimum 50% in the office)
**About the role**
**About you**
To be successful in this role you will have
- **Education**
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Information Technology or related field required or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
**Occupational Certification**
- Appropriate certifications and other professional development/continuing education relevant to the role preferred (e.g. CBAP, CPHR Designation, Payroll Compliance Practitioner, Certified Payroll Manager)
- Change Management Certification preferred
- ITIL Foundation Version 3.0 Certification preferred
**Experience**
- 5-7 years’ experience with accounting systems, processes and analysis in a large/complex environment
- 5-7 years of Business Analysis in enterprise-scale projects with an solid understanding of the underlying technical architecture
- Minimum of five (5) years of BC / Canadian healthcare project experience as a Business Analyst
- Proficient with SQL programming languages including two or more years’ experience creating queries
- Proficient with PeopleSoft Reporting Tools: BI Publisher, PS Query, Pivot Grid, nVision, SQR, Process Scheduler
**Knowledge**
- Specific knowledge of IIBA - BABOK guide and standards
- Solid working knowledge of the Project Management Institute’s Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK)
- Solid working knowledge of business analysis documentation standards, methodologies and best practices
**Competencies**
- Ability to work within design teams and mentor colleagues;
- Strong analytical, research, writing and communication skills;
- Sensitivity to and understanding of key issues and opportunities for BC First Nations health and wellness;

The Pay Range is the minimum and maximum annual salary based on full time equivalent hours.
Incumbents are typically hired, transferred or promoted between the minimum and midpoint of the range based on their knowledge, skills, abilities and experience in relation to the role requirements.
The top 10% of the pay range is for the incumbents who are industry experts in the job with the combination of exceptional experience and competencies needed to perform all duties and responsibilities at a superior capability level. Internal employee compensation will be determined as per the FNHA Employee Total Compensation Policy.
