**Title**: Provider Analyst
**Salary**: $64,972 - $81,215 - $89,337 per year (pay range explained below)
**Contract**: Term, 1 year term until January 2026
**Hours**: 8:30am-4:30pm Mon-Wed (core hours 9am-3pm Mon-Fri)
**Location**: Metro Vancouver office - Alberni office, on the ancestral Coast Salish Territories of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh Nations. Hybrid working in line with FNHA’s flex work policy. (Hybrid - minimum 50% in the office).
**About the role**
As Provider Analyst, this is a one-year term backfill role that involves registering and managing provider registrations, supporting providers in their work with the FNHA Health Benefits team, and handling escalations and feedback. The Analyst serves as the primary contact for issues, communication, and change management, while analyzing provider data and supporting program development to ensure effective delivery of Health Benefits Programs.
**About you**
To be successful in this role you will have:
**Education and Experience**
- University degree in a relevant area, (such as Business Administration, Health, Public Health), plus 3 to 5 years of recent, relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
- Experience working with Health Benefits and/or Health Service Providers, including third party providers
- Experience in customer/client service, including handling issues/complaints
**Knowledge**
- Knowledge of current health programs and services, claims guidelines, and best practices
- Knowledge of health related programs and services within First Nations communities is an asset

The Pay Range is the minimum and maximum annual salary based on full time equivalent hours.
Incumbents are typically hired, transferred or promoted between the minimum and midpoint of the range based on their knowledge, skills, abilities and experience in relation to the role requirements.
The top 10% of the pay range is for the incumbents who are industry experts in the job with the combination of exceptional experience and competencies needed to perform all duties and responsibilities at a superior capability level. Internal employee compensation will be determined as per the FNHA Employee Total Compensation Policy.
